The Carriage House Motor Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date, before 3PM to cancel your reservation. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice for up to 3 rooms, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be issued.
Rates/policies are subject to change, and vary during high impact periods and special requests. A 21 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings or multiple room bookings, and 14 days for some holidays and special events.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
- Double Occupancy is two adults per room. $10.00 for each extra person over 7 years old
- After you have checked in for your reservation, no refunds may be issued.
- We do not accept personal checks. We accept Cash, Travelers Checks, American Express, Visa & Master Card, and Discover.
- Small Dogs are allowed (75 lbs and under) in certain rooms (please check availability of pet-friendly rooms) with the following extra fees per dog: $15 non-refundable fee per night and $50 security deposit.
- Please call if you plan on bringing your dog so we can assure that you have a pet-friendly room.
- Unless they are in a kennel, pets may not be left in the room unattended.
